We deliver service SMS via registered 10DLC (Long Code) campaigns registered with mobile carriers. Service SMS messages comply with all carrier guidelines and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) as transactional messages.
Marketing and promotional SMS messages are sent only with explicit, separate consent. This consent is distinct from and separate to service SMS consent.
